SHIPPING POLICY

We ship from Virginia Beach, VA. and process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Rates:

• FREE SHIPPING on all orders $75 and over
• Economy Shipping (5-8business days): $4.90 

 

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Times: Delivery time frames are estimates and begin after your order ships. We're not responsible for carrier delays, especially during peak holiday seasons or weather events.

Special Care: We package all items with care, especially fragile crystals and glass items. During summer months, candles may soften in transit due to heat—this doesn't affect quality and they'll firm up once cooled.
